We are excited to announce that SemanticBits has won the re-compete for the QPP Analytics and Reporting (QPP A&R) project. This five-year effort will build upon our previous work to support the Center for Clinical Standards and Quality (CCSQ) and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) with the primary goals of providing ongoing support for critical QPP operations and implementing new features to support policy development and self-service analytics.
In this phase of QPP A&R, we will implement a policy simulation feature to allow the QPP policy team to rapidly and independently execute and evaluate alternative policy scenarios, providing a predictive analytics capability to support regulatory impact and what-if analysis. We will reduce the time needed to perform these simulations from months and weeks to hours and minutes. Our approach utilizes several key innovations in the A&R platform, such as layered dashboards, orchestration, compute cluster, tiered-storage, analytical service APIs, and FMS.
We will also support members of the QPP policy team in using the A&R platform to make data-driven decisions about MVP proposals. In addition to policy simulation capabilities, A&R data scientists will assist in the implementation of statistical and machine learning methods to quantitatively evaluate alternative MVP models.
SemanticBits has established itself as a leader in QPP development and is proud to bring such a robust and important platform to providers, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders. In addition to expanding training, in this next phase of QPP A&R, we will also provide QPP annual milestone support (Submissions, Final Scoring, Feedback, Targeted Review, Payment Adjustments), incorporate additional data sources, streamlines platform processes and administration, and expand compute and pipeline capabilities, as well as transfer and sharing capabilities.
SemanticBits is excited to continue this important work and to deliver next-generation analytics and reporting services for CMS.
