SemanticBits is thrilled to announce the award of a new contract, Care Choice Experience (CCXP) – Provider Directory, with a new customer to SemanticBits, the CMS Office of Communications (OC). The OC hopes to modernize the beneficiary experience to better support digital seniors, the growing number of Medicare beneficiaries who are comfortable with technology and prefer a digital interface. The current Medicare beneficiary experience does not have a single provider directory that allows beneficiaries to select the right healthcare provider for the beneficiary. Semanticbits will implement a single, unified interface that allows a beneficiary to select the right provider through a personalized user experience. For example, a beneficiary will be able to compare physicians nearby, view them on a map, compare them by star ratings, and even compare them by cost.
This exciting project is public facing and will have upwards of 100k users per month. Pairing solid user research with user-centered design, SemanticBits will approach this greenfield development with modern technologies (Angular, Node.js, zero-downtime via Terraform, etc.) and draw upon our strengths in DevOps and CI/CD methods.
SemanticBits is proud to partner with CMS to create another resource to improve the quality and efficiency of care for Medicare beneficiaries.
